System Introduction (AC system)
Our hybrid solar pump system consists of four parts: solar panels, solar pumping inverter, three-phase AC  pump and water storage device. The solar pump inverter converts DC power produced by solar panels to  AC power, which drives the AC pump to extract water from boreholes, rivers, lakes, etc. to the storage  device. The inverter applies the high-efficiency MPPT algorithm to maximize power harvested from the  solar panels, producing water as energy-efficiently as possible. The solar pump system meets low carbon,  energy conservation, and environmental protection demands while improving the standard of living in  water-deficient areas.

System Parts:
Solar pump system mainly consists of the following components:Solar array (also known as solar cell array) : composed of multiple solar cell modules in series and parallel, absorb solar radiation energy, convert it into electricity, and provide power for the entire system.
Solar panel:For solar pump system we use Mono-crystalline solar panel,Top-N type 580w solar panel; The solar panel witha stronger frame and overflow tank can be waterproof.The solar panel protection level is IP68 junction box and with higher fire rating! The warranty of solar panel is 12 years and satisfy all clients requirements.

Control system: usually includes a solar pump inverter, which controls and regulates the operation of the system to achieve maximum power point tracking (MPPT). When thesunshine is sufficient, ensure the rated operation of the system, and when the sunshine is insufficient, set the minimum operating frequency to ensure the full application of solar cell power.Solar pump inverter power range from 370w to 350kw so that solar pump inverter can satisfy all clinet requirements!

Motor: used to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy to drive the pump. Common motor types include DC permanent magnet brushless motors and AC asynchronous motors.
Pumps: Take water from deep Wells or water sources such as rivers and lakes, inject it into tanks/ponds, or connect it directly to systems such as irrigation or fountains. Common types are DC pump, AC pump, centrifugal pump, axial flow pump, mixed flow pump, deep well pump and so on.

Warranty Policy:

Solar panel:
The PV modules will not fail or fail to operate caused by design, materials, process or manufacturing defects for 12 years from the date of delivery.Our company guarantees limited power output loss by 25 or 30 years according to different models of products from the date of delivery,it means,the PV modules’ power output loss, namely pursuant to the rated power PV modules tolerances of the PV modules name plate minimum value and the maximum power of actual PV modules under STC:Within the first 12 years from the delivery date of sale to the customer, the PV modules exhibit a power output of not less than 90.0% of maximum power under STC specified at the time of sale, and within 25years from the date of sale to the customer, the PV modules exhibit a power output of not less than 80.7% of maximum power under STC specified at the time of sale.

Solar pump inverter:
The products supplied by Xrise New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., are warranted against damage or defect in materials and workmanship for a period of  24  months from the date of
Ocean/Airway Bill of Lading with the below mentioned limitation. During the warranty period, Xrise New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.,will either repair or replace products which prove to be defective!
The foregoing warranty shall not apply to the damage or defects caused by the following:
The repair service is charged to the user.
1. Results from improper or inadequate maintenance and misuse by user
2. Operation outside of the environmental specifications of the products
3. Transportation accident or drop after purchase
4. Change of appearance (tear and scratch, etc.)
5.  External environmental disasters like fire, pollution, incorrect power supply, flood and earthquake, etc.
6.  Consumed maintenance accessories and parts
7.  Any other defect not caused by the products design or production failure
8.  The warranty is limited by the availability of the spare parts

Water pump:
Declare warranty for deliver 100% of the rated water pumping required at maximum power conditions.Pump start pumping at 50% of' maximum power requirement, and subsequently work in variable speed with variations for power input of 50%, 60%,70%,80%, 90% with maximum results at100% power supply (at solar insolation of 900-1000W/m3) . We guarantee the curve performance of each pump and give warranty of  Submersible pump and Submersible motor for (01)Years.
